Cleo Sutton, the Montana BILT Project Manager, has a long history of teaching in Montana, first at Superior High School, then at Western Montana College, and also at UM-Helena College of Technology. Additionally, Mr. Sutton has run his own construction businesses since his time in Superior, Montana, most recently in the Billings, Montana area. Cleo is passionate about the Construction Industry. He knows first hand the importance of having highly skilled employees and the overwhelming need for workers within the industry.
